Conscious Will in the Context of Emotional Healing Process
One of the purposes of Emotional Healing Processes is to provide a context into which the Client
can become more empowered, healthy, brave, loving and creating.
EHP are one of the pathways to liberate the Conscious Will from under the layers of
survival, pressure, depression, isolation and collapse that are pilled on during the childhood
for the express purpose of disempowering Conscious Will.

Anger is an aspect of Will.
- Unconscious anger leads to Low Drama, and directly down hill into the swamp. There, I am stuck so I beat myself up because again I am stuck. This quickly turns into Gremlin self-canabalism in which I have no compassion for myself, and therefore also for anybody else. My compassion leaves or is not accessible. Forcing yourself to change is a type of will - willing change rather than allowing it to come through via compassion. Integrity can be will against self which serve the box - no evolution is possible.
Self canababilism > lack of self compassion. In gaps that are created Will is a possibility to be compassionate be with yourself and not get stuck. I notice when doing gremlin training it is easy to get stuck in this point. Possibility - to run compassion exercises alongside gremlin transformation to reduce self canabalism.
- Conscious anger > High Drama > Conscious Will > opens realms of creation
- Compassion for self (and others) opens up new possibilities.
Experiments/Practices needed to strengthen Will.
Experiment One: Notice something and describe it in your own words. Do this with multiple items for 30 minutes at a time (perhaps on a walk). If you notice youself doing something else, return to the exercise with no judgement. Notice what happens during this time. Do this experiment regularly (suggest every day for one week) and notice the results/changes that occur. What happens to your attention? What happens to your will? What happens to other parts of yourself?

Pay attention to your attention.
Will is part of Inner Structure, Navigating Force, Choosing
Will exists in different layers:
- survival (food, shelter, clothing)
- modern culture (striving/forcing/pleasing)
- free and natural adult
- there are others also.
Conscious Will is a creating force, a way to break through.
Personal Integrity - viewpoint: operating or moving towards 'source' beingness. Personal Integrity is utilisiing super powers like admitting, admitting that you are hooked/reactive, admitting secrets and revealing hidden agendas and not allowing these to remain hidden. Sharing these things creates spaciousness, where the will can enter and evolution happens.

The last days I practiced with my will. Here are some experience snippets:
* The Ice-cream. My Gremlin immediately loved the idea. What would I possibly need my will for if its about eating something sweet?, she thought. I picked one scoop of the worste possible kind of ice cream: woodruff. About a third through my box screamed: "stop this, you don't have to do this! This taste disgusting and is most likely not good for your body." I ate it all.
There is a difference between forcing myself to eat the ice cream or to do something and using my will. Forcing myself is motivated by emotional fear which results in pressure. "I have to do this now, I said I would do it, I am scared to not be a good student if I neglect the task ahead."
My will comes from my energetic body and its about being present with my choice and the possibility to choose something else.
* This morning I used my will to get back the driver seat from my Gremlin who wanted to stay in bed and change the in person EHP into an online one so that I can sleep a little more.
What I noticed is that in applying my will there is no pressure. Because I maintained my power of choice which means I could at any moment have gone back to bed. It also meant at any moment I could keep going with brushing my teeth, getting dressed and getting the train.
I am now in the train on the way to hold space for a woman.
